Axis Bank NEFT Limit
There is no specific NEFT limit proposed by the RBI when done via netbanking or mobile banking channels, along with at the bank via Axis Bank NEFT form. You can transfer any amount via Axis Bank NEFT. However, if you make this transfer request in cash when submitting the NEFT form at the branch, you’ll have to adhere to the ceiling amount of Rs 50,000.
Axis Bank NEFT Charges
when you do an NEFT transaction using the online channels like netbanking or mobile banking, no bank levies any charges towards it. This is as per the NEFT mandate released by the RBI.
That said, if you use Axis Bank NEFT form to process the transfer request at an Axis Bank branch, you’ll be required to pay anywhere from Rs 2.50 to Rs 25.00 plus GST as NEFT charges.

For transfers up to Rs 10,000 – Rs 2.50 (+ taxes); for transfers between Rs 10,001 to Rs 1 lakh – Rs 5 (+taxes); Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakhs – Rs 15 (+taxes) and for transfers above Rs 2 lakhs – Rs 25. (+taxes)
