Transferring money is one of the common banking services that customers avail of and NEFT is a popular choice in the same. BOB NEFT At-the-Bank Charges
When you’re doing an NEFT transaction at a BOB branch, please note the following BOB NEFT charges that will be applicable basis your transfer amount:
- Amount up to Rs 10,000: Rs 2.50
- Rs 10,001 – Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5
- Above Rs 1 lakh – Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 15
- Above Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 25
The abovementioned BOB NEFT charges also attract GST as per the applicable GST rates. Also note that these charges are not applicable for inward transactions. You’ll be required to fill the amount under the

As per the RBI guidelines, BOB NEFT charges have been scrapped for customers who carry out the transaction online using either the BOB netbanking or the BOB mobile banking options.
