So, What is BOB NEFT limit?
BOB NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) limit refers to the maximum amount that can be transferred through NEFT in Bank of Baroda (BOB) per transaction. As per the RBI guidelines, the current maximum limit for NEFT transactions is Rs. 10 lakhs per transaction. That said, there is no transfer limit set for Bank of Baroda NEFT when done at the branch.
However, there are certain BOB NEFT limits when done online via netbanking/mobile banking, viz.:
BOB NEFT Limit Online: Retail
- Per Transaction: Rs 5 lakhs
- Per Day: Rs 10 lakhs
- Per Week: Rs 30 lakhs
- Per Month: Rs 50 lakhs
- Per Year: Rs 4 crores
BOB NEFT Limit Online: Corporate
- Per Transaction: Rs 10 lakhs
- Per Day: Rs 50 lakhs
- Per Week: Rs 2 crores
- Per Month: Rs 5 crores
- Per Year: Rs 30 crores

Bank of Baroda NEFT Charges
When doing a fund transfer from your BOB account using the NEFT option, along with the NEFT limit, you must also be aware of the NEFT charges that you’ll be required to pay, viz.:
BOB NEFT Charges: Online
There are no online NEFT charges levied by the Bank of Baroda on its customers when they do it via any of the digital banking channels like BOB netbanking or BOB mobile banking.
BOB NEFT Charges: At the Branch
Although there’s no NEFT charge levied on any online NEFT transaction, Bank of Baroda does charge the following when you transfer funds using the BOB NEFT form at the branch:
- Transactions up to Rs 10,000 – Rs 2.50
- Above Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5
- Above Rs 1 lakh – Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 15
- Above Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 25

BOB NEFT Timings
Online transactions can be made anytime during any day using the online banking channels of BOB NEFT like netbanking and mobile banking.
That said, the ‘at-the-bank’ NEFT service offered by Bank of Baroda (BOB) operates on all working days except for the second and fourth Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. The NEFT timings for BOB are as follows:
- The NEFT transaction requests submitted before 6:30 PM on working days will be processed on the same day.
- The NEFT transaction requests submitted after 6:30 PM on working days will be processed on the next working day.
It is important to note that the NEFT timings may vary depending on the bank’s policies and the RBI guidelines. It is always advisable to check with the bank or refer to their website for the latest information on NEFT timings and charges.

BOB NEFT Limit: FAQs
You can make an NEFT transfer via BOB for a minimum amount of Re 1.
For retail banking, BOB NEFT limit is Rs 5 lakhs per transaction and Rs 10 lakhs per day.
For customers with complete KYC, PAN or Aadhaar is not needed.
BOB NEFT limit for cash transaction at the branch is Rs 50,000 per transaction. Also, you will be required to provide note denominations in the BOB NEFT form.
