In order to use the online banking services of Federal Bank, your account must be registered for the internet banking. The process for the same is detailed below:
Step 1: Go to Federal Bank official website.
Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ tab and select the first option of ‘Net Banking’.
Step 3: Select the ‘New User’ option. You’ll be taken to FedNet Registration page.
Step 4: Proceed by clicking on ‘Click here to Register Online’ tab.
Step 5: At this step, you’ll need to enter your 14-digit Federal Bank account number and verification code; as shown in the image below.

How to do Federal Bank Net Banking Login?
Follow the below-stated instructions in order to access your FedNet account online:
Step 1: Go to FedNet login page (https://www.fednetbank.com/).
Step 2: Select between ‘Personal Banking’ and ‘Corporate Banking’, as per your account type.
Step 3: Read the security checks provided on the page thus opened and proceed with ‘Continue to Login’.

How to Reset Federal Bank Net Banking Password?
Follow the login steps 1 to 3 as mentioned in the previous section. Now, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. You’ll be redirected to the password reset online form as shown below:
Provide your User ID, Federal Bank debit card number, ATM PIN, expiry date of the debit card and verification code. Next, click on ‘Continue’. You’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Provide this for authentication and then create your new password.
How to Reset Federal Bank Net Banking User ID?
Similar to password resetting process, all you need to do is click on ‘Forgot User ID’ which is given adjacent to Forgot Password option. And then, provide your 14-digit account number, regd. mobile number (one which is linked to you’re a/c) and verification code. Next, click the ‘Continue’ button.
How to Unblock Federal Bank Netbanking User ID?
To unblock your Federal Bank netbanking User ID, follow these simple steps:
- Go to Federal Bank website
- Click on Login
- Select Net Banking
- Select the a/c type (Personal or Corporate)
- Click on ‘Continue to Login’
- Select ‘Unblock User ID’
- Now, enter your User ID & registered mobile number
- Type the verification code as shown
- Click on ‘Validate’

How to Transfer Funds via Federal Bank Net Banking?
You can transfer funds within your own accounts simply by logging into your FedNet account. There’s no need for NEFT, RTGS or IMPS selection. However, if you’re looking for steps on how to transfer funds to another bank account, go through the instruction given here:
Step 1: Login to Federal Bank netbanking account.
Step 2: Select ‘Transfer Funds’.
Step 3: Click on ‘IMPS Fund Transfer’ {or you may choose NEFT or RTGS {only if amount is Rs 2 lakhs or more, for RTGS)}.
Step 4: Select beneficiary from the list of added ones. (If not added, go to Manage Beneficiary and add the same; you’ll have to wait for some stipulated time before initiating transfer)
Step 5: Enter the required details like the debit account details, amount to be transferred and purpose/remarks.
Step 6: You’ll be asked to type in the OTP that will be sent to your registered mobile number from the bank.
Upon entering the OTP successfully, you’ll receive the message of confirmation. If you’ve activated SMS Banking, you’ll receive an SMS regarding this transaction as well.
