How to do RTGS in ICICI Bank?
Before transferring funds via ICICI RTGS online, first you need to add beneficiary in your account. This is how to do it:
- Login to ICICI netbanking
- Go to Funds Transfer
- Select the Beneficiary Type as Other Bank Payee
- Enter Beneficiary Account details or Credit Card number

- Choose the Beneficiary’s IFSC, using the bank and branch name
- Click on Add
- Hit the Confirm button
- Enter OTP to authenticate and complete the process
These steps are same for ICICI Bank mobile banking as well.
How to transfer funds via ICICI Bank RTGS using netbanking or mobile banking services?
- Login to your ICICI Bank netbanking account or iMobile app
- Go to Funds Transfer tab
- Add Beneficiary from the drop-down list
- Select your account
- Enter the transfer amount and remarks for the same
- Select RTGS payment method
- Review and click on confirm
- Enter OTP received on your regd. mobile number to complete the process of ICICI Bank RTGS
Alternatively, if you’re not able to do the RTGS online using the ICICI netbanking/mobile banking services, you can walk-in to your nearby ICICI Bank branch and do the payment there itself. For this you need to fill the ICIIC Bank RTGS form, details of which are explained in the next section.

ICICI RTGS limit is Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs in a day.
For at the branch transactions, you need to pay Rs 20 and Rs 45 for an amount of Rs 2-5 lakhs and above Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs, respectively.
