ICICI NEFT Charges
ICICI Bank, like most of the scheduled commercial banks in India, do not levy NEFT charges when customers opt for online modes of netbanking or mobile banking. This is because RBI does not charge any fee from commercial banks to process NEFT requests and encourages these banks to forward the benefit to the customers as well.
However, if you exercise the at-the-branch ICICI Bank NEFT option, below-mentioned will be the applicable NEFT charges basis the transaction amount:
- Up to Rs 10,000 – Rs 2.25
- Above Rs 10,000 till Rs 1 lakh – Rs 4.75
- Above Rs 1 lakh till Rs 2 lakhs – Rs 14.75
- Above Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 24.75
GST applicable on top of the charges.

ICICI NEFT Limit
When you transfer funds from your bank account to someone else’s account via NEFT, there are two ways to do it – at-the-branch and off-the-branch. There is no limit on the transaction amount ,if you choose the former option. But, there is a capping of Rs 50,000 if you’re doing the transaction in cash or if you don’t have any bank account (in which case your only option is to request the NEFT transaction by submitting cash).
That said, there are certain limitations to the transaction amount if you choose ICICI netbanking or ICICI Mobile banking. These are:
- ICICI NEFT Minimum amount – Re 1 (irrespective of timings)
