Although NEFT is an electronic mode of fund transfers which you can use via internet, there is another way of using this service – at the bank. Indian Bank NEFT Charges
As per the RBI guidelines, when doing NEFT via the netbanking or mobile banking options, RBI does not charge any fee from the banks and also advises banks to forward this benefit to their customers.
Thus, most of the commercial banks in India do not charge any NEFT fee from their customers on online transactions. The same goes with Indian Bank NEFT charges for online modes.

Indian Bank NEFT Limit
Transferring money using the Indian Bank NEFT is a very easy and convenient mode as you can transfer little as Rs 100. That said, there is no limit of NEFT money transaction when using either the internet banking services or at the bank.
However, if you wish to transfer money using the NEFT at the Indian Bank branch and you do not have a bank account, you will be able to transfer a cash amount of Rs 50,000 in a day.
