Please make sure that the acknowledgement slip is properly signed and stamped with bank seal by the official before handing it over to you. Without this, the receipt may be invalid.
IOB RTGS Form: Timings
IOB RTGS can be initiated anytime using a digital channel such as IOB netbanking or mobile banking. This is because the online window is always open, unlike the physical bank counters.
Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) RTGS Timings are given below for weekdays and Saturdays for making RTGS transfer requests at the branch:
- Monday to Friday: 8AM to 6PM
- Saturday: 8AM to 6PM
(Not available on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, at the bank)
How to do a RTGS transfer online at IOB?
If you don’t wish to go to the bank and initiate a transfer of funds using IOB RTGS form, below-mentioned are the steps to do it online via IOB netbanking:
To do an RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) transfer at IOB (Indian Overseas Bank), follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to IOB net banking portal using your User ID and password.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Fund Transfer’ tab.
Step 3: Select ‘RTGS’ from the options available.
Step 4: Add the beneficiary by providing the required details such as beneficiary name, account number, bank name, and branch name, IFSC code, etc.
Step 5: Once the beneficiary is added, select the beneficiary from the list and enter the amount you want to transfer.
Step 6: Verify the details of the transaction and click on ‘Submit’.
Step 7: You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.
Step 8: Your IOB RTGS transaction will be initiated, and the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary’s account immediately.
