UTI PAN Card Reprint: Step-by-Step Guide
To get a PAN card reprint online on UTIITSL website, follow the steps stated below:
- Visit the official UTIITSL website for PAN card services – https://www.utiitsl.com/.
- Click on the ‘PAN Card’ tab from the widget-box. You’ll be redirected to the PAN Services portal of UTIITSL.

- Find and click on the ‘Reprint PAN Card’ widget and select Reprint PAN Card option once more.
- You’ll be taken to ‘Facility for Reprint of Pan Card’. This form will be displayed (check the image below)

- Fill in all the required details, viz. PAN, Aadhaar Number, Date of Birth and GSTIN (optional).
- Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and click on ‘Submit’.
- On the next page, select the mode of authentication – Aadhaar, Digital Signature, or by sending physical documents.
- If you choose Aadhaar or Digital Signature, follow the instructions and complete the authentication process.
- If you choose the physical document method, you need to upload scanned copies of the required documents, such as ID proof, address proof, etc.
- Pay the required fee for the PAN card reprint using any of the available payment modes.
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt with a 15-digit acknowledgement number.
- The reprint PAN card will be dispatched to your registered address within 10-15 working days.
NSDL PAN Card Reprint
Follow the steps given below to know how to reprint PAN card NSDL online:
- Go to this link for ‘Request for Reprint of PAN Card’: https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/ReprintEPan.html
You’ll be redirected to this online form:

- Fill in all the required details such PAN number, Aadhaar (only for individuals, Date of birth, GSTIN, etc.)
- Give declaration and enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and click on ‘Submit’.
- On the next page, select the mode of authentication – Submission of physical form and documents after online data entry, Aadhaar based eKYC, Scanned based Aadhaar eKYC and Scanned based Digital Signature Certificate.
- If there are no format level error(s), a confirmation screen with data filled by the applicant will be displayed. The applicant may either edit or confirm the same.
- Pay the required fee for the PAN card reprint using any of the available payment modes.
- Make payment via debit card, credit-card or netbanking to complete.
The reprint PAN card will be dispatched to your registered address within 10-15 working days.
Documents Required with PAN Card Correction Form
You’ll be needed to submit the following documents with PAN Card correction form:
