On 1st April 2020, Allahabad Bank was merged with Indian Bank. All the Allahabad Bank customers have now become Indian Bank customers. That said, customers having Allahabad netbanking login details can still continue with the same details. However, they have to now use Indian Bank netbanking portal to log into their netbanking account.
Allahabad Bank Netbanking Login
Customers of Allahabad Bank can now use the netbanking services at the Indian Bank netbanking portal. Following are the steps for the same:
- Go to Indian Bank netbanking portal
- Enter your Allahabad netbanking User ID and password.
- Enter Captcha for verification and click the “Login” button.
You will be logged in.

Allahabad Bank Net Banking Registration
Existing customers of Allahabad Bank (before the merger with Indian Bank) can continue using their netbanking login details on the Indian Bank netbanking portal. However, for new customers, registration for Allahabad Bank netbanking are not processed. They have to apply for netbanking at the Indian Bank base branch OR apply for online netbanking registration at the Indian Bank netbanking portal.
Online Application for Allahabad Netbanking Registration:
- Go to Indian Bank netbanking portal
- Click on “New User”
- Enter details (CIF No. or A/c No., registered mobile no. etc.)
- Enter OTP sent to your regd. mobile number
- Choose facility type
- Generate login password
- Create secret question (used for password reset)
- Select type of activation
- Read and confirm to the T&Cs
- Enter ATM Card Details
Allahabad Netbanking: Forgot Password
If you were an Allahabad Bank customer before merger (01-04-2020) and have forgotten your Allahabad netbanking login password, you will need to reset your password using the Indian Bank netbanking portal. Go to Indian Bank internet banking portal and click on “Forgot User ID?” link to reset your password.
Allahabad Netbanking: Transfer of Funds
Previous customers of Allahabad Bank, i.e. the ones who were using Allahabad Netbanking for fund transfers can now use the Indian Bank netbanking portal for money transfers. They don’t have to change their login details and use the same Allahabad Bank netbanking login ID and password. Also, their registered number with Allahabad Bank are now linked to Indian Bank as well.
