To check your bank account balance in the Indian Overseas Bank, draft an SMS as:

IOB Balance Check by Mobile Banking
First of all, download and install the “IOB Mobile” application from Play Store or App Store into your mobile phone. Then, register via the Self-Registration option (verify your number and generate 6-digit Passcode). Now, log into the Indian Overseas Bank mobile app using your registered mobile number and passcode. Your recently opened account balance (can be savings/cash credit/current) will be displayed at the top of the homepage.
You can also view your statement by clicking on the “View Statements” option placed just below your account balance. For more details, you can select the “My Accounts” tab.
IOB Balance Check by mPassbook
mPassbook is a digital passbook facility offered by the Indian Overseas Bank that allows customers having an operative bank account check their IOB balance instantly on their mobile phones. Another option to check your IOB bank balance is via UPI. For this, download any UPI app and enter your the code for the app log in.
