Karur Vysya Bank offers Debit card services under Rupay, MasterCard and VISA platforms for Savings (except Kalpatharu Account) and current account holders. The features and benefits for the KVB debit card for savings and/or current account are given below:

1. Debit cards can be used at POS terminals, Cash Recyclers, ATMs, and for online purchases.
2. Debit Card Pin authentication is required for debit card transactions made at POS terminals, Cash Recyclers, and ATMs.
3. Online purchases made with a debit card must be validated by an OTP delivered to the registered cellphone number and email address of the client.
4. KVB bank offers VISA EMV Debit cards with the “Contactless functionality” feature as an added bonus. This contactless feature will be disabled at the time of card issuance, but customers can enable it at any time via the card management settings in our banking channels, including the KVB-Dlite mobile application and KVB Internet Banking.
5. The foreign transactions and e-commerce transactions for your debit cards will be deactivated during the issuing of the cards in accordance with the regulatory rules.
6. Customers must utilize the card control feature offered in our Bank’s alternative channels, the KVB Dlite mobile application or KVB Internet Banking, or they can visit their local branch to activate this feature.

KVB Prestige Debit Card

Prestige Debit Cards are issued specifically to the Prestige Account holders in Karur Vysya Bank. This card caters the needs of the high net-worth individuals who hold prestige savings bank account.

• Debit cards can be used in ATMs, POS and for Online E-commerce transactions.
• Debit card POS transactions are authenticated based on Debit card pin. Debit card E-commerce transactions are authentication based on OTP.
• International transactions are disabled for the debit cards. Customers have to send the request to customersupport@kvbmail.com to enable Debit card international transaction.
• Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit: Rs. 50,000/-

KVB Pride Debit Card

Pride Platinum Debit Card is a debit card issued for High Net-worth Income customers exclusively. This debit card is issued under the Master International Debit Card.

Inactive cards will be issued at first. Cardholders must use the following procedures to activate their cards and create green PINs before using them.

• By following the steps below to log into Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

• Credit Cards – Requests – Card Activation/Green Pin – MB/IB Login

• To use the cards at POS terminals and for ATM withdrawals, use the same procedure for generating the Green PIN.
