BOB NEFT Limit
When you use the BOB NEFT form for transferring funds via NEFT, please keep in mind that unless you’re doing it via cash or direct transfer from your bank account, you’ll be limited to an amount of Rs 50,000. This is when you choose the cash mode.
If done at any BOB branch, there’s no NEFT limit, as per the RBI guidelines.

- Transaction amount up to Rs 10,000 – Rs 2.50
- Above Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5

- Above Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 25
