CSB Customer Care Grievance Redressal
There are four levels via which you can get your grievances, if any, related to CSB Bank services and/or products sorted. These are explained below:
Complaint registration online or offline
Customers can file a complaint at the Branch since it has comprehensive knowledge about the customer and the specifics of the issue. To file a written complaint, the consumer may come into the office. A copy of the complaint will be sent by the branch along with a proper acknowledgement of the complaint. They can also file concerns using the “Online Dispute Resolution Form” or the “Customer Complaints Registration Form.” The consumer can contact the higher levels of the bank as listed below if they are not happy with the bank’s answer or if their issue is not handled in a fair amount of time.
Zonal Nodal Officers
The Zonal Nodal Officers, who are in charge of resolving any complaints that have not been addressed at the branch level, might receive unresolved complaints from customers. There are different zonal officers for different zones of India that the customers can reach out to.
Principal Nodal Officer
Customers may raise complaints with the bank’s principal nodal officer if they feel that their complaints at levels 1 and 2 have not been satisfactorily addressed to their satisfaction:
Sri P V Antony
Principal Nodal Officer for Customer Grievances
CSB Bank Limited, Head Office

Thrissur – 680020, Kerala
Phone: 0487 2333020

Within 5 days of receiving the complaint, the zonal/principal nodal officer must recognise it and attempt to fix the issue within three weeks. The bank has to notify the client of the progress being made in the resolution of their complaint. Additionally, if there were any delays in the resolution process, they have to explain why.
CSB Banking Ombudsman
