Make sure to dial this number only from your registered mobile number (updated in KYC records). After two-three rings, the call will get disconnected automatically. After this, you will receive an SMS from the bank containing your account number and total account balance.

If you call from some other number, no SMS will be sent.

Federal Bank Balance Enquiry via SMS

Another easy way via which one may do Federal Bank balance check is send an SMS from your registered mobile number to the Federal Bank customer care using the SMS banking service. This is how:

To check your account balance using the Federal Bank internet banking services, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Federal Bank official website.

Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ tab and select the ‘Net Banking’ option.

Step 3: Select ‘Personal Banking’.

Step 4: Read the security checks and click on ‘Continue to Login’.

Step 5: Enter your login details and submit.

Step 6: Click on ‘Accounts’ after which you’ll see your total Federal Bank balance on the screen. You can also download your account statement at this stage.

Similarly, you can use the Federal Bank mobile banking app, FedMobile and check balance. Download the app, sign up and then log in. Go to the Accounts section to check your Federal Bank account balance instantly.

Check Federal Bank Balance via ATM
