As per the RBI guidelines, there are no restrictions on the amount that can be transferred using the NEFT mode. The same is followed by the Bank of Maharashtra as well. Although, some bank put a NEFT limit of their online NEFT.
That said, if you’re doing NEFT using the Bank of Maharashtra mobile banking app, ‘Maha Mobile’, there is transaction limit of Rs 50,000 per day. It is for all types of savings account holders in individual capacity or joint account holders in the Bank of Maharashtra.

Bank of Maharashtra NEFT: Charges
Bank of Maharashtra NEFT charges at the bank are given below basis transaction amount:
- Up to Rs 10,000: Rs 2.50
- Rs 10,001 to Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5.00
- Rs 1,00,001 to Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 15.00
- Greater than Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 25
All the charges are applicable per transaction and attract GST as well.
