To use the Dhanlaxmi Mobile Banking services, you will have to register and activate the mobile banking application. How to do this? Here is the procedure.
Step 1: Download the DhanSmart Mobile Banking App from Google Play Store or App Store
Step 2: Customers can opt for self-registration either through Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
Step 3: You can complete the registration process through Internet Banking by clicking on the ‘Register for Internet’ option on the Retail Internet Login Page.
Step 4: The registration process can be completed on the Mobile Banking Login Page by clicking the ‘New User’ and using an active debit card.
Step 5: Default limits will be set by the Bank for transaction facility.
Step 6: Non-debit cardholders should select the ‘User Details’ through the same option for self-registration.
Step 7: On completion of the registration process, only the view option will be activated.
Step 8: Select the ‘Change Transaction Limit Segment’ under the ‘Others’ menu.
Step 9: The transaction facility will be activated within 3 working days if the verification process is successful.
To activate the App-
Step 1: Open the DhanSmart App after downloading it on your smartphone.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Create MPIN” button on the login screen.
Step 3: Provide the debit card details such as Card No. Expiry date, CVV, PIN and your date of birth
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP
Step 5: Set up a 6-digit MPIN that can be used for logging in to the App.
Step 6: Set up a 6-digit T PIN that can be entered to complete any transaction on the App
Step 7: Click on the ‘Submit’ button and you will get a message that the Mobile App is activated and ready to use.

To add a beneficiary through DhanSmart Dhanlaxmi Bank Mobile Application, follow the procedure given below:
Step 1: Login to DhanSmart App using the login credentials
Step 2: On the home page, you will find a few options at the bottom. Choose the ‘Transfers’ option.
Step 3: You will be navigated to the next page where you will find various options.
Step 4: Choose the ‘Payee Maintenance’ option and go to ‘Add Payee’
Step 5: Choose the ‘Payee Type’
Step 6: If the payee type is ‘Within Bank’, enter the Payee Nickname and Account Number. Re-enter the Account Number for confirmation, enter the Payee Name and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 7: If the payee type is ‘NEFT/IMPS’, enter the Payee Nickname, IFSC Code and Account Number. Re-enter the Account Number for confirmation, enter the Payee’s name and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 8: In both cases, after submitting, you will have to enter the TPIN.
Step 9: On the next page, the beneficiary details will be displayed. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to confirm the details.
Step 10: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 11: Enter the OTP and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 12: Payee successfully added message will appear on the screen.
You will be able to make instant funds transfer up to Rs. 10000/- soon after adding the beneficiary. NEFT transitions will be enabled after 4 hours.
How to Transfer Funds Using Dhanlaxmi Mobile Banking?
After adding the beneficiary, you can transfer funds by following the procedure given below:
Step 1: Login to the DhanSmart Mobile App using login credentials
Step 2: Go to the ‘Accounts’ option
Step 3: Choose ‘Payee Type”
Step 4: Select the ‘To Account’ and ‘From Account’
Step 5: On selecting the From Account from the beneficiary list, the details of the Payee will be seen on the screen.
Step 6: After the IFSC Code enter the Payee’s Name (As per bank records)
Step 7: Enter the Amount
Step 8: Under the ‘Remarks’ option, enter the purpose for the transfer
Step 9: Click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 10: Confirm payment on the next page by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ tab
